You've Been EGGED!!

HE IS RISEN!!! Happy Easter! I cannot take any credit for this idea and I also cannot find the original post that gave it to me, but we have done this for about 6 years now and it is one of my favorite ways to invite neighbors and share the love of Jesus! You can attempt to remain anonymous or sign your name to the egg flyer and tape an invite to church on the back. You can also add a church card to the inside of the egg. You can print the sign, to hang on the front door, on color card stock or plain white paper works just fine too. Some years we have done no candy (Florida is hot and who wants melted candy?) other times prizes and money. If there is more than one kid that hunts sometimes I add a note and say who is looking for what color to make sure everyone gets to find and enjoy the eggs. It's so easy because its just 12 eggs but it has always made a profound impact on the families we egg. One year the neighbors we invited came to church with us and their 7 year old gave her life to Jesus!
